SEAT Stakeholders’
Performance Scorecards
The Situation Room Electoral Accountability Tracker (SEAT) Stakeholder Performance Scorecards provide monthly assessments of the performance of key electoral stakeholders in Nigeria against Situation Room's Credibility Threshold for the 2027 General Elections. The scorecards are designed to track progress, identify emerging risks and promote accountability throughout the electoral cycle.
Drawing from election observation findings, stakeholder engagements, media reportage and other verified sources, each scorecard examines how institutions are responding to their responsibilities in strengthening Nigeria's electoral process. Each assessment highlights notable developments, measures performance against predefined indicators and identifies priority actions needed to improve electoral credibility.
By documenting progress over time, SEAT Scorecards provide citizens, policymakers, development partners, researchers, the media and other stakeholders with an evidence-based tool for monitoring electoral preparedness and holding institutions accountable ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
