The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), over the weekend published the list of accredited domestic and International Observers for the 2019 General Elections. The General Elections will be holding on Saturday, 16th February and Saturday, 2nd March 2019 respectively.
A total of 144 groups were accredited by the Commission, which comprises 116 domestic observer groups and 28 foreign organisations. INEC stated that all accredited Observers shall abide by the Code of Conduct for Observers. The Commission also highlighted other procedural steps to be followed by all accredited Observers.
