Election Observation: We deploy observers across the country to monitor elections, track incidents, and report on the conduct of the electoral process.
Advocacy for Electoral and Governance Reform: Through reports, press releases, and media engagement, we raise awareness about electoral and governance issues and advocate for improvements.
Collaborations and Partnerships: We collaborate with government bodies, international organizations, and local communities to foster a fair and transparent electoral environment.
Post-Election Assessment: After elections, we conduct assessments to evaluate the conduct of the elections and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Successful Election Observation

Advocacy for Electoral Reforms

Played a pivotal role in advocating for electoral reforms. Since its inception, Situation Room has convened more than 50 dialogue sessions and stakeholders’ meetings to influence policy and practice changes among government institutions.

Strengthened the Role of Civil Society in Nation Building

Through coordination and capacity building, Situation Room has strengthened the role of civil society and deepened engagement on public service delivery, and protection of civic space.
