Founded in 1999, Kebetkache operates primarily in the Niger Delta region, working tirelessly to address social, economic, and environmental issues impacting women and communities in the area.

The organization’s name, “Kebetkache,” translates to “Progress through Unity” in the Ogoni language, encapsulating their core philosophy of fostering progress by uniting communities, especially women, in their pursuit of socio-economic development and human rights.

Women’s Empowerment:
