As the Osun State Governorship rerun election is set to happen on Thursday, 27th September 2018, the Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room (Situation Room) calls on the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct a free, fair and transparent election in the seven polling units (PUs) where elections are to be conducted.
