The Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room (Situation Room) held a Dialogue Session on INEC’s Implementation of CVR & PVC Exercise and Extent of Citizens’ Awareness, on Wednesday, 10th September 2014 at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.
The objectives of the meeting were to assess the conduct of INEC’s issuance of PVCs, the implementation of the CVR exercise and its likely impact on voting in the 2015 General Elections. Participants also deliberated on Voter Awareness issues and reached an agreement on strategies to adopt ahead of the 2015 Elections to ensure greater voter awareness.
