The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that supplementary elections for the National Assembly positions will be taking place in some locations in Rivers, Anambra and Lagos States, where elections could not hold last Saturday, 23rd February 2019, owing to violence, deliberate non-compliance with the use of the Smart Card Readers and other disruptions. These elections will be taking place with the Governorship and State Houses of Assembly elections, scheduled for Saturday, 9th March, 2019.
